Importing Balinese furniture and handicraft’s can feel a bit daunting.

It is incredibly easy to do, especially when you are working with people who have been exporting for over twenty years from Indonesia.

We take the hassle out of the production and logistics inside Indonesia to ensure a smooth problem free experience for our importers.

All you have to do is organise a local customs broker to release your container, pay any import tax’s and deliver your container. If you are not confident finding a customs broker on your own, we can help you there too. We work with a number of shipping companies in Indonesia who already have relationships with local customs brokers in your area. Oh and I  forgot to add put on a BBQ and organise a few friends to help you unload your container.

Below is an overview of the complete process from beginning to end.

STEP 1.

Find products from our massive on-line catalog and add them to your order request.  As we are a manufacturer, production time is 10-12 Weeks.

STEP 2.

We receive your request for quote. We will process your request for quote and return to you.  Our minimum order quantity is a 20ft container.

STEP 3.

Edit your quote to reflect the items you would like to order and return if you wish to confirm your order. We will send back a proforma invoice for your approval. Once approved, a 50% deposit is required to commence production.

STEP 4.

Production is commenced once deposit is received. We will send you a finishing sheet for your order. You can choose your furniture colors and fabrics. We will update you during the whole production process.

STEP 5.

If you have not imported before, it is now the time to secure the services of a local shipping broker to clear your container. Containers at destination country need to be cleared, tax’s paid, import paperwork approved and the container delivered.  We provide all import documentation required by the import country.

STEP 6.

When your order is ready to ship we will send the final invoice. Once payment is received we will order the container ready for shipping. If you do not have your own sea freight shipping company organized,  we can send out for shipping quotes and send them back to you for your approval.Once shipping approval received, we will pack and send your container. About a week after the container leaves, all the government paperwork is finalized and we courier these documents to you to give to your shipping broker.
